Moscow Terror Attack.

An attack at a Moscow concert hall kills 60 people and injures more than 100, according to Russian security services.

At least four people dressed in camouflage opened fire at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk.

The roof of the concert hall, where people were waiting to see a rock band, became engulfed in fire and collapsing, according to Russia’s state news.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has called the incident a “terrorist attack”.

Pictures show flames and plumes of smoke rising into the sky. Tass news agency says a third of the concert venue is on fire and the roof is almost completely ablaze.

There is a massive emergency services operation outside the venue.

Russian media report that some people are still inside and 70 ambulance crews have been sent to the scene. The Federal Security Service (FSB) says special services are there.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on the international community to condemn the incident, which it called “a monstrous crime”.

“All efforts are being thrown at saving people,” she added.

Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin said. “I am sorry for the loved ones of the victims.”

Rescuers work to extinguish fire at the burning Crocus City Hall.

Western Governments’ Warnings Two Weeks Earlier.

“The warnings by the US and other western governments must be strongly looked at and factored into the investigations of this terror attack.

They can provide answers to questions as to why Russian security agencies failed to prevent the attack.”

A senior Terrorism Risk expert at the MLi Group said.

Western Governments’ Warned their Citizens Against travel to Russia & to Avoid Public Gathering two weeks Earlier.

Uk and US residents have been told not to travel to Russia amid a warning that a terror attack was planned for the country’s capital.

The US embassy in Russia warned that “extremists” had imminent plans for an attack in Moscow, hours after Russian security services said they had foiled a planned shooting at a synagogue by a cell from the Afghan arm of Islamic State.

The embassy, which has repeatedly urged all US citizens to leave Russia immediately, gave no further details about the nature of the threat, but said people should avoid concerts and crowds and be aware of their surroundings.

ISIS Claim of Responsibility Questioned

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack. The terror group took responsibility for the attack in a short statement published by ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq on Telegram on Friday.

The US has confirmed the ISIS claim even though no evidence or any other form of authentication to support the claim was publicly provided.

“The claim by ISIS is somewhat of a surprise,” said the MLi Group Terrorism expert.

I would want to see the verification they provided when they issued their responsibility claim,” added the expert.

What Are Geo-Poli-Cyber™ (GPCyber™) Warfare, Risks & Threats?

Geo-Poli-Cyber™ warfare has spread worldwide in recent years and is impacting everyone without exception through cyber attacks that are political, ideological, terrorist, extremist, ‘religious’ and/or geo-politically motivated. They are perpetrated by political and extremist groups, national security agencies and/or their proxies, and lone wolves.

Cyber security strategies and solutions that are followed like gospel have failed and will continue to fail to mitigate, defend and protect national sovereignty and corporate security from Geo-Poli-Cyber™ attacks on unprecedented scales and with devastating political, social, and financial consequences.
More Sinister and Destructive Than Financial Motivations

Geo-Poli-Cyber™ attacks are significantly different from financially motivated cyber-attacks in damage, scale, magnitude and require different and upscaled risk mitigation strategies and solutions.

Why Do Existing Strategies & Solution keep failing?

MLi Group chairman Khaled Fattal created the terms Poli-Cyber™ and Geo-Poli-Cyber™ (GPCyber™) back in 2012 because of seismic game-changing events he had observed years before. Fattal believed that these events and trends will cause …
